How can I return or exchange the Art Wall Studio products?
Art Wall Studio customers can return or exchange items within 15 days of purchase, provided that the items are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact Art Wall Studio customer service and provide their order number and reason for return. Art Wall Studio will then provide the customer with a return shipping label. Once Art Wall Studio has received the returned item and inspected it, they will issue a refund or exchange, as requested by the customer.

- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered are not returnable or exchangeable.
